I ordered a portrait of our dog and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’m usually cautious about ordering custom stuff online because you never really know what you’re going to get, but this ended up being better than I expected. The colors are soft but still really clear, and they captured his little facial details so well. It actually feels like him, which is what I was hoping for. I’d definitely order again...

The order itself turned out nice, so I can’t really complain about the final result. But the updates were a bit confusing and that stood out to me. I got a few emails along the way, but I still wasn’t totally sure what stage my order was in or what was supposed to happen next. Support did respond when I reached out, but the answers weren’t as clear as I hoped. Overall it was okay, but the communication made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be.

My order showed up quickly, faster than I expected, and delivery itself was totally fine. I just wish the overall experience had been a bit better, so I ended up feeling a little disappointed despite the fast shipping.

I ordered from westandwillow.com maybe a little while back, and the print still looks really good. It’s been moved around a few times, bumped here and there, and I haven’t noticed any scratches or fading so far. It feels sturdy too. Overall, I’m happy with how well it’s held up

i mean, I ordered from West & Willow because the custom pet portrait idea seemed really sweet, and I liked the look of the examples on the site. Ordering was straightforward, and uploading my pet’s photo was easy enough.
I just wish there had been a little more room to customize things before checking out. More background colors, layout choices, or even a clearer preview would’ve helped a lot. The portrait turned out okay, just not quite how I had imagined it. It’s nice, but I wouldn’t say I was totally blown away.

Overall, it turned out really cute and I do like the style. It looks nice hanging on the wall, so I’m not unhappy with it. That said, it didn’t look quite as much like my dog as I was hoping, especially around the face shape and a few little details. If you’re ordering one, I’d suggest sending the clearest photo you can and maybe being specific about any features that really make your pet look like them. It’s still a decent piece, but for the price I expected it to be a bit more accurate

It did arrive one day later than the first estimate, but that didn’t bother me much. My quick rule is if the package shows up in good shape and I’m not chasing customer service, I count it as a win. The packaging was decent and nothing was damaged.

I’d give it 4 stars because it was reliable, just not perfectly precise on the delivery date. I’d order again, especially since the whole process felt easy enough and didn’t give me any reason to overthink it.

I felt like West & Willow’s pricing was reasonable for what it is. It’s not the cheapest option you’ll find online, but for a custom pet portrait, it didn’t feel overpriced or anything.
The shipping and little add-ons can bump the total up, so it’s worth checking that before ordering. But the finished piece turned out nice, and I was happy with it overall. Solid 4 stars from me.

Really happy with this canvas. It feels sturdy, not cheap. The print is clean and the colors look soft but still sharp. Looks great on the wall.
